own football franchise at the expense of the cleveland browns but it was done the right way. the team that was the cleveland browns moved to baltimore and became the ravens. we can credit baltimore for the renaissance of inner-city stadiums with the building first of camden yards, the first of the new, old-style baseball stadiums located not in suburban parks but in the middle of cities and we are the beneficiaries of the vision because subsequent to that a lot of other parks were built in the middle of cities and most noticeably for us at&t park, wonderful asset for us. they also built a new football stadium a few hundred yards or maybe 1000 yards or so away from camden yard at the end of train yards a great benefit for the city of baltimore. i commend them for their vision in this issue and i'm happy for them even though i am very sad for us having lost the game. i have to acknowledge some of the leadership and some good choices that were made fast that set the tone for stadiums being within the middle of cities. >>: commissioner moore, now you know. >> commissioner moore: there mus

morning. i am halfway through my career. behind me are some statistics about cleveland schools. i hear that you cannot do would hear. we have 100% poverty in cleveland, 41,000 students. my 10th day of work in cleveland, a young man went into a high school and shot two teachers and shot himself. we decided we would never stop talking about this and we would address the humanware. how kids experience schools. the student was isolated. he did not connect. it is going beyond bullying. dr. dunkelblau talked to us about the airport experience. i got home 25 and half hours later and it doesn't always work for you. these slides will be posted for you. we will go through them quickly . they will be posted on the anti- bullying website. this is a public health model. this is something we often skip when we think about bullying. then we should think about treatment in the individual case. most of us spend most of our time at the top of the pyramid. we should think of education as a matter of public health. there are some keys we to think about. building a climate for change in our schools. y

and cleveland. it swept in pretty good last night. with cold air and the gusty winds and some flurries, we saw some flurries from time to time tracking through a central and northern maryland. a dramatically different weather picture around the mid-atlantic in 24 hours. the high temperature was before dawn. the residual of that air was still hanging around. most of the temperatures were around 35 or lower. we're dropping quick. we will go below that 30-degree reading before midnight to set a new low for the day. there is the normal. today we are going to see temperatures averaged out quite a bit below the normal for this time of year. 30 degrees. we're at the new low for the day. or tying below for the day. 36 in salisbury. 18 @ trost berk. only half the story because it has been a windy day. winds are gusting up to 25 miles an hour. the higher wind gusts down near the bay. you factor that into the cold and is a bundle up night ahead of us. the wind chill feels like it is down around 15 in baltimore and carroll counties. below zero wind chills out of oakland at this hour. clea

will be a steelworker from cleveland from a company called arcelor middle downtown cleveland. she has been a steelworker at that company for a number of years that plant, that mill in cleveland is the first time in world history where one person hour of labor produced one ton of steel. that had never happened before. so we have the most productive. we have some of the most productive workers in the world. it means we need to do something like the president's and my national network of the manufacturing innovation. the first one of those was located in youngstown a few months ago. we expect the president i hope tomorrow night to announce a series of them around the country. it's not the only part of a jobs agenda. it's infrastructure, it's better job training, it's working to in-source, if you will, some of the jobs that have gone offshore. senator levin from michigan has been a real leader in pointing out all the kind of tax breaks that the tax code has put -- included in the tax code over the years that give far too many incentives for companies to move offshore, not bring jobs back.
